Now I only upload this file via FTP, and the content will
be updated in the next refresh.

Advantages:
1. Quick update...
2. less tinkering with the codes...
3. good for inexperienced web site builders in doing updates.

Disadvantages:
NO FORMATTING and Customization...

You can use this also to display other web-pages
(i.e. html files)
When height or width exceeds the frame; scrollbars
automatically appear...
